Clause 01

Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "9kelab" refers to the online gambling platform accessed through the website 9kelab.wine and all related subdomains.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account at 9kelab.
• "Account" means a member's personal account registered on the 9kelab platform and used to access all services.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total amount of cash and bonus credits held in a member's account at any given time.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum amount that must be wagered in games before bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• "Third Party" refers to game providers, payment processors or any other entity that works in partnership with 9kelab.

Headings and sub-headings in this document are for reference purposes only and do not affect the interpretation of any provision.

Clause 02

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for or using any part of the 9kelab platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document as well as the 9kelab Privacy Policy.

Acceptance of these terms is legally binding. 9kelab reserves the right to amend, update or replace these terms at any time without prior notice, except where written notice is deemed necessary by management.

Clause 03

Eligibility and Account Registration

Account registration at 9kelab is subject to the following eligibility requirements that MUST be met by every applicant:

• At least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Residing in an area where online gambling is not specifically prohibited by local laws applicable to individual players.
• In possession of a valid identity card (MyKad) or other valid identification document.
• Not previously banned from using 9kelab services.
• Registering voluntarily and not under pressure or compulsion from any party.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account. Opening multiple accounts by a single individual is a breach of these terms and may result in all related accounts being suspended or closed, including the freezing of balances.

During registration, you must provide information that is true, accurate and current. Any false or misleading information provided during registration constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

Clause 04

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

9kelab supports a range of payment methods suited to Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), ShopeePay and cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC and ETH.

Deposit: The minimum deposit amount accepted through all methods is RM50. Deposit funds are generally credited to the account as soon as confirmation is received from the payment processor.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Withdrawal processing times are between 30 minutes to 3 hours. The actual time depends on current conditions and the payment method chosen by the member.

Funds deposited into a 9kelab account cannot be transferred to another member. All transactions are final once confirmed. 9kelab is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.

Members are responsible for ensuring that their bank account or e-wallet details provided are accurate. Withdrawals processed to an incorrect account due to member error cannot be recovered.

Clause 05

Bonuses and Promotions

9kelab offers various promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms stated alongside each promotion.

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible to receive a first deposit bonus of 120% up to a maximum of RM888. The applicable wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount received.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated after the wagering requirement is met are eligible for withdrawal. 9kelab reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related winnings if there is evidence of promotion abuse.

Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, transferring balances between accounts to meet wagering requirements, or any method of circumvention intended to exploit promotions unfairly is prohibited and may result in account closure.

VIP Programme: Active members are eligible to progress to VIP levels namely Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each level provides a different weekly cashback rate — from up to 0.2% at Bronze level to up to 0.8% at Platinum level. Level progression depends on the member's gaming activity.

Clause 06

Game Rules

The 9kelab platform offers a range of game categories including slots, live casino, sportsbook, esports betting and other games. Each category and individual game may have additional rules that apply beyond these general terms.

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed unless a technical error can be proven.
• In the event of a technical failure or disruption during an active game session, 9kelab reserves the right to void the round in question and return the bet to the member's account.
• Bets that have been placed cannot be cancelled or changed once confirmed by the system, except in technical circumstances acknowledged by management.
• Odds and prices displayed are accurate at the time of publication but may change before a bet is confirmed, particularly for sports betting.
• 9kelab reserves the right to decline or limit bets without giving reasons, subject to the platform's internal policies.

Players are required to understand the rules of each game before placing bets. Lack of knowledge of game rules cannot be used as grounds to dispute outcomes.

Clause 07

Member Responsibilities

By using the 9kelab platform, you agree to comply with all of the following responsibilities:

• Keep login details confidential, including your username and account password.
• Notify 9kelab promptly through customer service if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Not share your account or allow another individual to use your account for any purpose.
• Ensure that all personal information stored in your account is current and accurate.
• Not use the platform for any illegal activity or activity that breaches local laws.
• Bet within your own financial means and practise responsible gambling at all times.

Clause 08

Limitation of Liability

9kelab operates under international licensing and provides its services on an "as is" basis. The platform makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the transparency, accuracy or completeness of the content displayed.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 9kelab is not liable for:

• Financial losses incurred by members as a result of betting or gaming decisions.
• Direct, indirect, consequential or special damages arising from the use of the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond 9kelab's control, including Internet outages, natural disasters or actions by authorities.
• Acts or omissions of third-party software providers or payment providers.

In any event, 9kelab's total aggregate liability to any member is limited to the amount deposited by that member in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

Clause 09

Account Termination and Suspension

9kelab reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision in these terms and conditions.
• Fraud, false identity verification or misuse of the payment system.
• Use of bots, automation or other unauthorised methods that provide an unfair advantage.
• Bonus or promotion abuse, including opening multiple accounts.
• Requests from relevant authorities or law enforcement bodies.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the 9kelab support team. Valid account balances (excluding bonuses) will be processed according to standard withdrawal procedures after review is complete.

Clause 10

Amendments to Terms

9kelab reserves the right to amend, modify or update these terms and conditions at any time at the absolute discretion of management. Material changes will be announced on the platform or via email to registered members.

It is the member's responsibility to review the latest terms. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published constitutes full acceptance of those changes.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, while the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

This terms and conditions document constitutes the entire agreement between 9kelab and the member regarding use of the platform, and supersedes all prior agreements, representations or understandings between the parties on the same subject matter.
